Mr. Louis “Buttons” Dean Lee II was born on May 21,1958 in Flint, Michigan the son of Louis J. Lee and Lula E. Nixon. He attended Flint Community Schools. He briefly worked for Genesee County Parks, Smith - Bridgman’s and Kellermeyer Cleaning Services.
Growing up, he enjoyed hunting with his dad. While fishing was his passion, he also enjoyed watching football and basketball, especially during the playoffs. Spending time wit is family was his favorite past time. Anyone who knew “Buttons” knew he had the gift of gab. He would blaze on you in a heartbeat! Anyone around was fair game! However, if he blazed on you had a funny nickname for you, you knew he loved you.

Mr. Louis “Buttons” Dean Lee II was preceded in death by his parents, Louis J. and Lula Lee, grandparents, Louis D. and Jessie Lee, and William and Alverta Gardner, aunts, Der Penny and Linda Russey, uncles, Robert Gardner, Clyde Jones, and James Russey, former wife and special friend, Theresa Raad.
