LOZON, Michael D. - Age 72, of Flushing, Passed away October 22, 2021. A Committal Service with Military Honors will be held 12:30 PM Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Great Lakes National Cemetery 4200 Belford Road, Holly. Memorial Contributions in Michael's memory may be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
Michael was born July 3, 1949 in Grayling, the son of Clyde Daniel and Patricia Naomi (McColman) Lozon. He married Karen Ann Clare in Burton, May 3, 1975. Michael graduated Flint Southwestern High School in 1967. He proudly served in the U.S. Army Infantry in Viet Nam from 1968-1970 where we was awarded The Purple Heart. Michael was employed by Buick Motors for 32 years retiring in 1999. He enjoyed hunting with his dad and brothers, the outdoors, and especially spending time with his grandchildren.
Michael is survived by: his wife, Karen Lozon; daughter, Elizabeth "Leisa" Green; son, Matthew (Brittany) Lozon; grandchildren, Mariah Walker, Kali Green, Taylor Green, Claire Green, Mattelyn Lozon, and Landyn Lozon; brother, Christopher "Corky" (Sharon) Lozon; sister, Melody (Roger) Lamke.
Michael was preceded in death by: his parents; brothers, James Lozon, and Jonathon Lozon.
