West, Donna M. – of Clio, age 77, died Monday, August 29, 2022, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Friday, September 2, 2022, at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home. Pastor Bryan Spooner officiating. The family will receive visitors on Thursday at the funeral home from 1PM until 8PM and on Friday from 10AM until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Joshua’s House Maternity Home.
Donna was born January 29, 1945, in Flint, Michigan, to the late Lester and Elizabeth (Wark) Cable. She graduated from Clio High School with the class of 1963. Donna married Dennis West on October 19, 1963, at Bethany United Methodist Church in Clio. Donna was a registered nurse for 30 years. She was an avid member of Bethany United Methodist Church, where she taught bible study classes. Donna enjoyed playing cards with her best friend Dee. She enjoyed family vacations and hosting parties with friends. Donna was one of the kindest people around, she had a big heart with a lot of love to give. Above all she will be dearly missed by many.
Surviving are :Children: Jeffrey West, Craig (Tammy) West, and Amy (Robert) Nash; Grandchildren: Trever West, Taygen (Jacob) Purman, Cameron West, Allie Ehrmantraut, Brandon Ehrmantraut, Lindsy Nash, Cy West, and Julia West; Great grandchildren: Analee Gatica, Thea Purman, and Asher Purman. She is preceded in passing by her husband Dennis West. |
