Our beloved mother, Beatrice M. “Bea” (West) Vaillancourt met our Heavenly Father after 99 years on earth on December 1, 2025. She joined her loving husband, Gerard, her son, Russell, and her 5 unborn children. She is also with her parents, Herbert Henry West and Lucy Mae (Beson) West, as well as her siblings, Lyle West, Dorothy (West) Hunt, Ernest West & Vernon West. She is survived by her daughters & their husbands, Ruth & Charlie Munger, Linda & Duane Munger, Janice & Jim Branigan and Carol & Steve Englund. She has 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and soon to be 9 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her dear sister-in-law, Leona Lambert.
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith".
The funeral liturgy will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 6, 2025 at St. Gabriel Parish (East Campus-Auburn) Rev. Fr. David A. Parsch will officiate. Entombment will take place 2:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon at Chapel Hill Mausoleum (Freeland). Bea’s family will be present to receive family and friends at the Auburn Chapel of the Cunningham-Taylor Funeral Homes, Inc. on Friday from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. On Saturday morning Bea will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of mass. In lieu of flowers, envelopes for St. Gabriel Parish (Auburn) and the Toni & Trish House (Fisherville) will be available |
