Linda Arline Balsley, of Flushing, Michigan, age 72, died Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2023, at Rossell Funeral Home. Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell will officiate. Cremation to follow. Visitation will be Saturday at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Genesee Co. Humane Society.
Linda was born in Flint, Michigan on October 23, 1950, to Kenneth and E. Arline (Elder) Hiller. She retired from her career with Meijer after 40 years and in her free time liked to go bowling and play cards. She loved to travel, especially to Las Vegas. Linda and Phil enjoyed attending car shows with their car friends and travelling companions. She also had a love for animals and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her siblings, Duane (Dawn) Hiller, Nancy (David Franzblau) Hiller, Ron (Mickie) Hiller, and Veronica Brown; nieces and nephews, Andrea (Joe) Fulbright, Stacy (Ben) Bailey, Lisa Hiller, Danielle (Greg) Heaston, Lauren (Jake) Wolfe, Sydney Franzblau, and Adam Franzblau; and great-nieces and nephews, Reagan and Garrett Bailey, Blake and Rylin Heaston, and Natalie Wolfe. She was preceded in death by her long-time partner, Phil Flesher; brother, Glenn David; and her parents. |
