MANN, Norris “Lee” - Of Grand Blanc, age 82, died Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Funeral service will be held 2pm Friday, June 2, 2023 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Toys for Tots.
Visitation 11am Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Lee was born in Burlington, North Carolina on August 10, 1940 the son of the late Harry and Mildred Mann. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Corporal and was a member of the Marine Corps League Flint Detachment. He was a rifle and pistol expert. Lee was in the machine gun squad at Mt. Fuji, Japan. He was employed by General Motors for 32 years, retiring in 1995 and he was an avid golfer.
Surviving are children, Stephanie Lynne and husband Mike Walker, Kimberly Kaye and husband Andy Pastue, Jeremy Palomares and husband Tom Rothmann and Stacie Swyrtek;
4 Grandchildren, Megan Walker, Madison Walker, Sarah Pastue and Ally Pastue;
sister, Frankie Goodyear;
2 nephews and 1 niece.
He was also preceded in death by his son, Kevin John Mann, grandson, Alex Lee Mann and brother, David W. Mann.
