AUBRY, Kayla Kathleen- Age 19, of Gaines, passed away January 13, 2022. Funeral Service 11AM Friday, January 21, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation 2PM-8PM Thursday, January 20, 2022. Memorial contributions in Kayla's memory would be appreciated to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Kayla was born March 10, 2002 in Pontiac, the daughter of Scott J. Aubry and Nicole K. Cremeans. She graduated from Swartz Creek High School. Kayla enjoyed Ballet, and Equestrian events. She was very artistic and an accomplished make-up artist. Kayla bravely battled Cystic Fibrosis her entire life. She was the recipient of a double Lung Transplant at The Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, July of 2017. Kayla was very supportive of other children who were undergoing similar difficulties! Kayla loved all animals, especially her beloved dog, Cotton.
Kayla is survived by: her father, Scott (Bethany) Aubry; mother, Nicole K. Cremeans; siblings, Lucas, Landon, Aidan, Kenzie, and Charleigh; fiance, Nicholas, grandparents, Kenneth and Lynn Aubry, and Stephen and Diane Cremeans; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Kayla was preceded in death by: her grandmother, Kathleen Cremeans; G.G. Ma and Pa Cremeans; and great grandmother, Edith Kessler. Online tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
