EUPER, Robert “Bob” – of Otisville, age 76, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 5 PM on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Jeremy Lazzell officiating. Private inurnment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date. The family will welcome visitors from 2:30 PM until the time of the service on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice, in Bob’s memory.
Bob was born in Durand on October 12, 1949, son of the late Dewain and Marie (Froberg) Euper. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1973. Bob married Mary Rousseau on May 1, 1976; she survives him. He worked for more than 40 years at GM. After retirement, he enjoyed going to breakfast with his friends, working on cars and lawn mowers, and watching
TV, especially NCIS and Westerns. Bob was good at fixing many things, a wonderful handyman around the home. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved being in the woods, hunting deer. His greatest joy was found in spending time with his family and his in-laws playing card games.
Robert is survived by his loving wife, Mary Euper; two daughters, Marci and Heidi Euper; siblings, Debra (Larry) Reynolds, Diana Taylor, Christine (Ken) Meloche, Carla (Mark) Cutler, Wanda Herrington; and many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewain and Marie Euper; one brother, Richard Euper; brother-in-law, Kevin Taylor.
