Miller, Judith "Judy" of Davison, formerly of Highland, aged 87 passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday August 1, 2021 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s. Judy was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Stephen; parents John and Helen Matthews, and many brothers and sisters. Judy is survived by her children Amy (Celeste) Miller Banes and Andrew (Kristen) Miller; grandchildren Molly (Michael) Banes, Craig (Ellie) Banes Jr., Jack Banes, and Katie Miller; and special caregiver Tyler Houser.
Judy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, the consummate homemaker, and devout Catholic. Born in Madison, Wisconsin on August 7, 1933, the youngest of six children, Judy went on to work as a dental hygienist before marrying Stephen on June 30, 1962. Judy enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking and baking, and gardening. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
