Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 2:00 PM. Interment Lovedale Memorial Cemetery, G-5175 E. Bristol Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Funeral Home, 1:30 PM Saturday. Mr. Howard will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM-6:00 PM Friday. |
