MESSINGER, Todd Patrick – Age 50, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2022.
Todd was born on July 26, 1972 to Richard and Patricia Messinger, and graduated from Swartz Creek High School in 1990. He joined the Air Force and was stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi and in England and attended Mott Community College.
Todd met his wife Tracy on December 31, 1993, and they married on February 28, 1999 in Hell, Michigan and have two children, Seven Messinger, March 30, 1999 and Porter Messinger, July 28, 2001. He also had a special bond with his former foster son, Hunter Pinchback.
Todd worked at Sonitrol and loved his job and co-workers. He especially loved concerts that took place at the Machine Shop which he thought of as a second home. He was a kind and loving husband, father, and friend. He enjoyed driving his Jeep everywhere as well as playing vintage baseball. Todd looked forward to the yearly road rally, watched a ton of sports, most notable the Cubs and the Lions. He also was involved in our local community group.
Service will be held at Noon on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. There will be a visitation from 5:00pm-8:00pm on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at the funeral home. Family and Friends will be officiating his service.
