CUMMINS, Zachary T. – of Clio, age 17, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. A Celebration of Zach’s Life will be held at 4:30PM, Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Fellowship Baptist Church – 14046 N. Saginaw Rd., in Clio. Pastor Darrel Manning officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday from 3PM until the time of service at 4:30PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for future designation.
Zach was born July 7, 2003 in Flint, Michigan to Gary and Deann (Dewar) Cummins II. He was a Junior at Clio High School, where he wrestled, played football, and was on the track and field team. Zach had worked at KFC in Clio since June of 2020. He enjoyed listening to music and playing Xbox with his brother and friends. Zach also enjoyed going to the MAAC for “Freaky Friday” basketball night, summers spent playing baseball with his rec league, and attending Woodland Weekend through church camp. He loved eating spaghetti and blueberries, especially blueberry pancakes and waffles. Zach will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Zach leaves behind: Parents, Gary and Deann Cummins II; Brother, Alex Cummins; Uncles: Mike (Cindy) Dewar, and Thomas Beck Jr.; Aunts: Heather (Dave) Morrish, Angela Cummins, Lisa Kendall, and Kendra (Adam) Miller; Grandfather, Gary Cummins; Grandmother, Connie (Tom) Beck; Many loving great aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
