THOMPSON, Phyllis Ann (Voight) – of Davison, MI, age 87, went Home to be with her Savior on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 5496 Lippincott Blvd., Burton, MI 48519. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, in Phyllis’s memory.
Phyllis was born in Flint, MI on January 21, 1936, daughter of the late LeRoy and Rose (Raedeke) Voight. She married John Thompson on January 29, 1966 and he preceded her in death on August 27, 2005. Phyllis was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
Phyllis is survived by her 3 children, Alan Harwell, David Thompson and Keith (Janet) Thompson; 6 grandchildren, Lance Harwell, Cassie (Mike) Reif-Thompson, Katie Thompson, Brandon (Amelia) Thompson, Nick Thompson and Jessie Thompson; 3 great-grandchildren, Kinsley Thompson, Kennedy Thompson and Benjamin Reif; brother, Mark (Jane) Voight; 4 sisters-in-law, Helen Voight, Janet Johnston, Mary Jo (Leroy) Levorson and Adelheid Voight; several nieces, nephews, many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, LeRoy and Rose Voight; husband, John Thompson; 3 brothers, James (Carolyn) Voight, Wally Voight and David Voight; brother-in-law, Gus Johnston.
