HOSIER, Catherine Ann - Of Genesee Township, age 78, died Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Hurley Medical Center.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am Friday, January 13, 2023 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1227 East Bristol Road, Burton,
Father Steve Anderson officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Red Cross.
Visitation 11am-8pm Thursday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. A Scripture Service will be held 7pm Thursday evening at the funeral home. Visitation 10am Friday at church until the time of the Mass.
Catherine was born in Flint, Michigan on November 5, 1944, the daughter of the late George and Willodean (Goodrum) Clementz. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Catherine enjoyed movies, eating at restaurants and loved to vacation with her grandchildren. Her grandchildren were her life.
Surviving are daughters, Starr (Aaron) Lucas and Tiffany Minder;
grandchildren, Riley Lucas, Colton Lucas, and Emmerson Minder;
siblings, Beth Iseman, James Clementz, Janie Dawes and Paul Clementz
She was preceded in death by her brother, Phil Clementz.
