THEODORE, SR., Harvey J. – of Burton, age 93, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at his residence. No Services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Old Newsboys of Flint.
Harvey was born in Flint, MI on May 22, 1927, son of the late Michael and Prezza Theodore. He married Leah Joyce Rodabaugh on January 10, 1947 in Flint, MI and she preceded him in death on December 1, 1976. Harvey served as a Seaman First Class during World War II. He was an avid gardener, loved his puzzles and was an unabashed people watcher according to his great-granddaughters.
Harvey is survived by his daughter-in-law, Laura; grandchildren, Chad, Justin and Kim (Tony) Thompson; 8 great-grandchildren, Xander, Greyson, Tyler Theodore, Jacob, Chloe, Brayden Thompson, Felicia and Robyn Cook; sister, Katherine Giles; many nieces, nephews and a loving ORL church family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce and son, Harvey, Jr.
