LEWIS, Todd Malin – of Clio, age 54, died Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Bethany United Methodist Church in Clio. Pastor Matt Malin officiating. The family will receive visitors from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the church. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
Todd was born November 27, 1966 in Flint, Michigan to Wade and Judith (Malin) Lewis. He grew up in Mt. Morris, Michigan and graduated from Mt. Morris High School with the class of 1985. Todd served his country in the US Army as an MP at Guantanamo Bay. He graduated from Mott Community College with an Associate Degree in 1990. Todd then graduated from the Oakland Police Academy in 1993. He served on several police departments, including the Mt. Morris Police Department and the Flushing Police Department. He also worked for Preferred Removal Service and was currently a custodian at Bethany United Methodist Church. Todd worked at the Whiting for several years as a backstage set up man. He enjoyed singing, playing music on the keyboard, movies, and the Red Wings. Todd loved police memorabilia, and liked to fly in planes and helicopters.
Surviving are: Children, Madison (Chance Fritcher) Lewis, Emily Lewis, Matt (Jessica) Henry; Mother, Judi Lewis; Siblings, Randy (Denise) Lewis, Timothy (Nancy) Lewis, Betsy (Todd) Craig, Mother of his children, Tina Lewis; Special Friend, Michelle Wyld; several nieces and nephews.
