BRIGGIN, Charlene Elizabeth - Age 77, of Flushing, died November 19, 2023. Funeral services will be held 6pm Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be 11 AM until the time of service at 6 PM on Wednesday, November 22 at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Shiloh Baptist Church. Charlene was born on September 22, 1946, the daughter of George and Adella (Reynolds) Lovejoy. She and Randy Briggin were united in marriage on October 27, 1979 in Vernon, MI. Charlene was Former Social Director and Secretary at Shiloh Baptist. She enjoyed her grandchildren, doing crafts and being a brownie leader. Charlene is survived by Randy, her husband of 44 years; her daughters Wendy (Dean) Montgomery and Machel (Scott) Wells; 13 grandchildren and 16 great children. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Phillip; daughter, Janet; brothers, Don and Bill; sister, Audrey; and nephew, Michael Lovejoy. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com |
