ROBERTSON, Clara Elizabeth (Hagerman) – of Davison, MI, age 88, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Visitation will take place 4-7 PM Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423.
Clara was born in West Branch, MI on April 22, 1933, daughter of the late Bertren and Myrtle (Atherton) Hagerman. She married the love of her life, Howard Dale Robertson on September 20, 1952 in Tawas, MI and he preceded her in death on September 15, 1987. Clara trained to be a pilot in the 1960’s-1970’s. She enjoyed keeping in touch with family and friends on social media. Clara was a member of the Red Hats Club in Davison and Lapeer. She also loved to travel with her husband to Florida, Mexico and Egypt.
Clara is survived by 2 children, Laura Del (Jerry) Dougherty and Dale Ralph (Tena) Robertson; 4 grandchildren, Chip, Crystal, Kevin and Neil; several great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bertren and Myrtle Hagerman; her husband, Howard Dale Robertson; 3 brothers, Fred Stehle, Wayne Stehle and Melvin Stehle.
