MILLER, Rebecca “Becky” - Of Davison Township, age 70, died Saturday, June 24, 2023 at McLaren-Flint.
Funeral service will be held 1pm Thursday June 29, 2023 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Dr. Max B. Hayden officiating.
Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Visitation 2-8pm Wednesday and 12 Noon Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Rebecca was born in Flint, Michigan on November 10, 1952, the daughter of the late Alva and Demetra (Hamilton) Bryant. On May 27, 1972, she married George Miller. Becky was employed with Trevi’s and Swartz Funeral Home for several years. She was a member of the Fenton Moose Lodge. Becky loved traveling and any campfire with her loved ones.
Surviving are husband, George;
daughters, Michelle (Jim) Garfield Jr., Bethany (Mike) Sly and Rebecca Ann (Rich Dosh);
grandchildren, Megan, Dillon, Haley, Naomi, Britney, Michael Jr., Brendan, Samantha, Miller and Jaxson;
great-grandchildren, Danny, Francisco, Skyla, Michael, Sophia, Lucas, Legend and Walen;
sister, Joyce (John) VanSlambrouck;
brothers, William (Jane) Bryant and Raymond Bryant;
nieces and nephews, Eddie, Jennifer, Jeff, Stephanie, Stacy, David, Erik and Trisha.
She was preceded in death by brother, David Bryant, sisters, Rosemary Hill, Fay Marie Bryant and granddaughter, Rachelle Garfield.
