Theda’s family will be present to receive friends from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm, on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services. On Friday morning, Theda will be taken to church to lie in state from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 noon.
