Rusty liked to be outdoors walking in his woods, searching for morel mushrooms, hunting, and fishing. He loved mowing and maintaining his yard. He also enjoyed competitive sports, watching reruns of his favorite western show, Gunsmoke, or The Andy Griffith Show, and playing a good game of Scrabble with his family. He was known to have quite the sense of humor, appreciated a good practical joke, and always able to put a smile on your face. Rusty was a good listener who never judged anyone, and he knew no stranger. He loved spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and close friends.
