ADAMS, Cecelia Ann - Age 91, of Fenton, died Saturday, October 16, 2021. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am Saturday, October 23, 2021 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Visitation will be held 1pm-3pm & 5pm-8pm, Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton where a Rosary will be prayed at 7pm and at church Saturday from 10am until the time of Mass. Those desiring may make contributions to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, c/o Chapel Restoration Project.
Cecelia was born December 26, 1929 in Linden, the daughter of Russell and Mary (Walsh) Sage. She was married to Richard L. Adams for 50 years; he preceded her in death in 2001. She was a life-long member of St. John Parish. Cecelia had loving devotion for her family, friends and her faith. She had an adventurous spirit, an infectious laugh, and lived her life through the grace of God.
Surviving are children, Richard (Lynne) Adams, James (Beth) Adams, Mary (Tammy) Adams, Amy Adams, Gregory (Paula) Adams, Daniel (Joel) Adams; grandchildren, Michael (Shelby), Andra (Jerry), Katherine (Brian), James (Kelsee), Christen (Tom), Kevin (Cassandra), Caleb, Gabriel (Arianna), Liam (Genevieve); great-grandchildren, Luke, Simon, Lily, Stella, Nolan, Rylan, Mac, Hudson, Ava, Lincoln, Livvy, Maggie, Evelyn, Levi; Sister-in-Law, Joyce Jacques. She was also preceded in death by her brother Harold Sage, and sisters, Sister Madeline Sage, Helen Mary Dawson, and Mildred Hurd.
