Richard Keith Laws, age 64, left this world peacefully on January 12, 2023. Rick was born on September 15, 1958 to the late Oral and Catherine Laws in Flint, Michigan. A celebration of Rick’s Life will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 1PM at Flushing Masonic Temple - 349 Seymour Road, Flushing, Michigan. Retired from GM-SPO after 30 years of service and was a past Master of Masonic Lodge 223. Rick loved music, the Tigers, the Red Wings, hunting, fishing, camping and flying his plane. Rick leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife Darlene; son, Travis (Elizabeth) Powers; grandsons, Nick, Richard; sisters: Cathy (Paul Martin) Rutledge, Linda (Ray) Kerspilo, Karen Laws, Sharon (Tom) Bulger; sister-in-laws: Nancy Nordman, Carol (Charlie) Scott, Lauren (Rick) Charles, Linda (Dennis) Smalley; brother-in-laws: Fred (Donna) Hofmann, Len Hofmann; numerous nieces and nephews; and many, many friends and best buds, Rick and Jeff. Rick was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Tracie Powers; and nephew, Blake. Until we meet again… |
