HALL, Helen Frances – of Montrose, formerly of Flint, age 84, died Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Medilodge of Montrose. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. Burial in Old Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose and also at the church on Thursday from 10AM until time of Mass. Memorial contributions can be made to the St. John Vianney Catholic Church or McLaren Hospice.
Helen was born December 18, 1937 in Flint, Michigan to the late Henry and Elizabeth (Mierta) McCoskey. She graduated from Hoover High school with the class of 1955. She married Dick Hall in 1955 and he preceded her in death in 1988. Prior to her retirement, Helen worked at Kith Haven as a nurse’s aide for several years. She was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church. Helen enjoyed crocheting and feeding the birds. However, spending time with her family was her greatest joy in life, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are: Children, Jennifer (Jeffery) Snellgrose, Steven (Tresa) Hall; Grandchildren, Jeffery Snellgrose, Stephanie (Kevin) Judd, Brooke (Tom) Frollo, Jon King, Christopher King, Ricky Hall, Andrea Wright, Mark Hall Jr. Susan Hall; Great Grandchildren, Logan Judd, Blake Judd, Lilliana King, Claire Frollo, Kaylee Frollo. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband, Dick Hall; Sons, Richard Hall, Mark Hall; Daughter, Jeannette King; Sister, Jennie McCoskey; Brother, Henry McCoskey.
