HESCOTT, Joseph Patrick – of Flint, age 36, died Thursday, December 29, 2022. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, January 14, 2023 at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. Cremation to follow. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
Joseph grew up in Flint, Michigan and graduated from Carman-Ainsworth High School with the class of 2005. Joseph worked in the Latchkey Program at Randels Elementary School and also as a Custodian at Dye Elementary School. He was involved in setting up the class reunions for his high school class and also a website for alumni. Joseph enjoyed traveling, bowling, and spending time with his friends. He always rescued stray animals and had his grandmother help him take care of them.
Surviving are: Siblings, Gwendellynn (Ron) Ener, Kevin (Amanda) Hescott, James (Shelby) Hescott, Christopher (Brielle) Rogers; Step Brothers, Justin (Andria) Rogers, Duane (Becky) Ruhl, Joseph Gross, David Green; Step Sister, Patricia Daniels ; Step Father, Bruce Rogers; Grandparents, Charles (Carol) Persons; Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and extended family ; Special Friends, Sharron Ibbotson, Anthony Apodaca, Krystal Lynn. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Benjamin (Vronda) Hescott; Parents, Kevin Hescott and Marie Persons; Step Brother, Scott Rogers.
