LOY, William “Wild Bill” -Of Flint, age 67, died Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at St. Joseph Mercy-Oakland.
Funeral service will be held 11am Friday, July 9, 2021 at New Life Christian Fellowship, 2237 East Reid Road, Grand Blanc,
Pastor Bob Roberts officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Visitation 4-7pm Thursday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Visitation 10am Friday at church until the time of the service.
William was born in Flint, Michigan on January 31, 1954, the son of Glen and Marilyn (Ault) Loy. On August 12, 1986, he married Cindy Bradford in Bellaire, Michigan. William was a member of Partners MC and Iron Wheels MC. He was a Food Master for the Boy Scouts. William traveled with his wife and went on mission trips. He also raced motorcycles and cars.
Surviving are wife Cindy;
Sons, William (Sara) Loy Jr., and Jacob (Beth) Ballard;
Grandchildren, Elizabeth and Natalie Loy and Gabe Clark;
Brothers, Rick (Leslie) Loy and Dave Loy;
Mother, Marilyn Loy;
And many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Glen and sister, Linda L. Loy.
