BRUMIT, Carl B. Sr.- Of Brown City, MI, formerly of Silverwood, MI, age 82, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Stonegate Health Campus in Lapeer.
Memorial visitation will be held 1-8pm Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. There will be no services held.
Carl was born in Hinton, West Virginia on August 17, 1931. Carl was a Veteran of the United States Marines. He worked as a plastic job setter at AC Spark Plug for over 30 years and was a member of UAW Local #651.
Surviving are son, Carl B. (Wilma) Brumit Jr.;
daughter, Mary Duehring;
17 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren;
and step-children.
Special thanks to Carl’s friends, Joyce and Bill Ryckman.
He was preceded in death by his wife Pearl, parents, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
