CONDON, Jack L. - Age 93, of Swartz Creek, died Monday, August 23, 2021 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, August 27, 2021 at Center Point Church, 1225 S. Center Road, Flint. Pastor Peggy Norton. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, Thursday, August 26, 2021, from 4 to 8 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to the Old Newsboys or Mobile Garden Chorus.
Mr. Condon was born March 18, 1928 in Flint, the son of Joseph and Letha (Shorey) Condon. He married Olive Delling on July 17, 1948 in Flint. Mr. Condon and his wife Olive had wintered in Winterhaven, FL. He proudly served for the United States Coast Guard as a Merchant Seaman. Mr. Condon was a member of the Mobile Garden Chorus, Center Point Church and Teamsters Union. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, painting, and woodworking.
Surviving are: 3 children, Jerry (Kyle) Condon, Carla (Thomas) Aurand and Raymond Condon; 5 grandchildren, Jackie Hite, Thomas (Renee) Aurand, Zachary Condon, Zeina Condon and Wendy (Brian) Krcziok; 7 great grandchildren; special friend, Joan Cohoon; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Olive Condon, grandson, Roger Hite, daughter-in-law, Suzie Condon, and parents, Joseph and Letha Condon.
