William will be taken to the church to lie in state from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am on Friday, March 19, 2021, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Flint. Rev. Dean Dumbrille to officiate with burial to follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery. The family will be present to receive friends from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris.
