Henry Russell Miller, age 95, of Alma, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024, at his home. He was born December 15, 1928, in Elwell, the son of Willard and Ruth (Gee) Miller. He was a 1949 graduate of Alma High School and retired from Alma Products. He married Barbara Grubb on April 10, 1980, in Florida. He enjoyed attending and participating in draft horse pulling and was always ready to share his snacks with spectators.
Henry is survived by his wife, Barbara; his children, Steven (Julia), Marcia, Ron, Matt, Henry (Sara), Jeff, Carl, Jarrod (April), Adam (Evie), Adelia; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ed (Gwen).
He was preceded in death by his children, Michael Miller, Melody Conklin, Barbara Oliva; his parents, Willard and Ruth; and siblings, Jim, Frank, John, Richard and Alma Miller, Zelma Marshall.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 11 am at the Seville Community Church of God with Pastor Bob Fall officiating. Interment will follow in Seville Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10 am until the time of services at the church.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Lux and Schnepp Funeral Home, Riverdale. |
