Bulcak, Jacqueline (Jackie) Kay, of Flushing, age 81, died Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at Hurley Medical Center. Private visitation and graveside services will take place. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Genesee County Humane Society.
Jackie was born in Flint, Michigan on March 31, 1939, the daughter of Richard and Darlene (Flury) McMonagle. She married the love of her life, Donald Leo Bulcak on October 19th, 1962, and he preceded her in death on January 9, 1999. Jackie loved spending time with her family and enjoyed many years at their lake house in Columbiaville and home in West Branch making memories with Don, their kids and grandkids. She retired from Buick City in 1992, as a Purchasing Agent and always loved her monthly gatherings with her Buick City friends. Jackie was especially proud of her son Rick, daughter-in-law, Kelly and grandson, Scott for their service in the armed forces and actively supported them and many other members of the military with care packages and beautifully hand written letters of gratitude. She was an avid reader, talented crafter, crocheted and enjoyed watching movies as a past time. She also had a big heart for her furry little friends too and put her many talents to work after retirement as an active donor and volunteer with the Human Society.
She is survived by her son, Richard (Kellie) Bulcak; step-children, Randy (Karen) Bulcak, Karen (John) Fusero; grandchildren, Scott, Jodi, Amanda, Anthony and Jessica; several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and her four legged companion Peanut. Jackie was also preceded in death by her parents. A special thank you for the wonderful care and support given by the staff at Hurley!
