YORKS, Sherry Sue (Kelley) – of Flint, MI, age 46, passed away Friday, October 15, 2021. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Ernie Miles officiating. Interment immediately following the service in Meadowview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors 11 AM-7 PM Monday, October 18, 2021 and 11 AM-1 PM Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Sherry was born in Flint, MI on May 6, 1975, daughter of George and Sharon (Caery) Kelley Sr. She was a Class of 1994 high school graduate. Sherry married Chad Yorks on March 24, 2000 in Flint, MI. She was a “jack-of-all-trades” and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Sherry is survived by her husband, Chad Yorks; 4 daughters, Ashley Yorks, Autumn (Samuel) Peruski, Abigail Yorks and Allie Yorks; 2 brothers, George (Bambi) Kelley Jr. and Danny (Danielle) Kelley; parents, George and Sharon Kelley Sr.; mother-in-law, Gloria Jean Yorks; sister-in-law, Stacy (Scott) Perry; many other loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by father-in-law, John E. Yorks; best friend, Pam Diener; brother-in-law, Travis John Yorks.
