LAMPIN, Carol A. (Buesching) - Age 81, of Flint Township, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021. Graveside service will take place 1PM, Friday, January 15, 2021 at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Red Cross.
Carol was born on May 2, 1939 in Flint the daughter of George and Mildred (Thompson) Buesching. She graduated from Flint Tech High School. Carol and William Lampin Sr. were united in marriage on September 19, 1958 in Flint. She worked for Carmen-Ainsworth Schools and the Whiting in Flint. Carol volunteered as a Heath and Safety Instructor for the American Red Cross and a Disaster Assistant with the D.A.T. She was a member of the Genesee Wanderers Bike Club.
She is survived by her 2 children, Jeffery and Jennifer Lampin; 2 grandchildren, Justin (Jennifer) Lampin and Tabatha (Ethan) Cox; and great-grandson, Jeffery Lampin.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband, William Lampin Sr.; son, William Lampin Jr.; parents, George and Mildred Buesching; sister Dorothy McGee; and cousin, Janine Welch. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
