DIEHL, Margaret Louise– of Davison, MI, age 94, went to rest with the Lord on December 28, 2021.Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.
Margaret was born on a small farm in Alma, MI on January 3, 1927. She moved to Davison when she married John Diehl in 1949. She was blessed with a family she loved being near and was affectionately known as Grandma Gra by her grandchildren, and many of their friends. Margaret worked several jobs, ending her career at the age of 80 within the Davison School District kitchen staff. She was able to travel the world in her time, but truly loved being home with family. We were blessed to have her for 94 years and thank God she is now with those she has missed over the years.
She leaves, Linda (Tim) Lucas, Barbara (Joe) Woolard; grandchildren, Tara (Christopher) Mershon, Amanda (Matthew) Gifford, Lucas (Rebecca) Woolard, Samuel (Katie) Woolard and Taylor Woolard; great-grandchildren, Kylie and Julia Mershon, Lucas and Mason Gifford, Finley Woolard; best friend of 70 years, Helen Arrand. She was preceded in death by her husband John, who she has missed so much.
A limb has fallen from the family tree, that says please don’t grieve for me. Remember the best times, the laughter, the song, the good life I lived while I was strong.
