Kevin R. Myrant, age 59, of Flint, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 1PM at Sharp Funeral Home, 8138 Miller Road in Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 6, 2023, starting at 2PM until 7PM and Saturday, January 7, 2023, starting at 11AM until 1PM at Sharp Funeral Home, 8138 Miller Road in Swartz Creek. Kevin will be laid to rest at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family will be forwarding donations to various organizations Kevin supported. Kevin was born on October 23, 1963, in Flint, Michigan to Robert "Bob" & Linda Myrant. He graduated from Grand Blanc High School in 1982 where he was apart the both the track and wrestling teams. He continued his education at Mott Community College and for the past eight years was employed at Hurley Medical Center as a Certified Nurse's Assistant. Kevin had quite the "Green Thumb" and was the Master Gardener. He took great pride in his flower beds and lawn. He enjoyed the Michigan sports scene and followed the Redwings, Lions and Wolverines. Kevin was known to all for his heart of gold; he was a gentle soul who always placed others first. He will be greatly missed by many family members and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Bob (Linda) Myrant, his sister, Kellie (Doug) Loresch; special niece, Sophie; his ex-wife, Cyndi and her daughters and many dear aunts, uncles, cousins and friends too numerous to list. In addition to his grandparents, Henry (Shirley) Myrant, Ray (Norma) Coggins and George (Bea) Hawk he was preceded in death by infant twin siblings. |
