Deornellas, Ethel Marie (Cowan) - Age 79, of Flint, died August 23, 2022. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Monday, August 29 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 11 AM Monday until the time of the service on Monday August 29. Those desiring may make contributions to Ethel (Cowan) Deornellas Memorial Fund c/o Sharp Funeral Home. Ethel was born March 11, 1943 in Flint, the daughter of Caple and Viola (VanWormer) Eldred. She was a homemaker. Ethel loved Elvis Presley. She had not missed a show of Days of our Lives in 30 years or more. Ethel loved to play cards and do crossword puzzles. She is survived by her children, Debra Cross, Sherry Cowan (David Miller), Kenneth Cowan (Stacey Spooner), Melody Hansen; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; special son, Jason Varner; sister, Marcia Botos.
