MOORE, Kathleen Mable -- Age 89, of Swartz Creek, died May 6, 2022. Funeral services will be held 12PM Monday, May 9 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. (A live stream of the service will be available on Kathleen's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Interment at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be 10AM until time of service on Monday May 9 at the funeral home. Flowers accepted or contributions may be made in memory of Kathleen to the American Cancer Society.
Kathleen was born July 1, 1932 in Eaton, Arkansas the daughter of Raymond F. and Ora Amanda (Richey) Davis. She had resided in the Genesee County area since 1966 coming from Holcomb, Missouri. Kathleen was a member of the Friendship Freewill Baptist Church. Kathleen was a homemaker. She enjoyed crafts, puzzles, sewing, crocheting and gardening.
She is survived by her sons, Roger Moore of Flint, David (Eileen) Moore of Clarkston; 2 grandchildren, Nicholas (Amanda) Moore, Emily Moore (Lewis St. Andrew); sisters, Virginia Lassiter, Veneta Braden.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ancel Moore; brother, Limual Davis; sister, Willine Miles. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
