SCOTT, Louise Cecilia – of Flushing, age 70, died peacefully on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at her residence. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. There will be a Celebration of Life held at 2PM on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Crystal Creek Church – 1700 Cedarwood Drive., in Flushing. Rev. William Jentzen, Jr. officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church from 1PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the family for future designation.
Louise was born May 27, 1954, in Saginaw, to the late Warren and Alice (Tufford) Scott. She attended Mt. Morris High School where she received her high school diploma and proudly worked at many restaurants over the years as a kitchen manager. Louise attended the Crystal Creek Church in Flushing. During her younger years, Louise enjoyed being in the kitchen cooking for her loved ones and taking weekend trips. She liked to keep up with her cooking shows on TV, and above all, loved spending time with her family – especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to McLaren Hospice for their compassion, care, and professionalism during Louise’s final days.
Louise is forever remembered by: Son, Michael Scott; Grandchildren: Dyllan (Lathia), Justin (Brianna), Brett (Alyssa), Kyrsten (Juan), Kyle, Michael, Joshua, and Mason; Many beloved great grandchildren; Sister, Mary Anne Creed; Brother, Willard Scott; Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends. Louise was preceded in death by: Daughter, Dee Anna Scott; Parents, Warren and Alice; Daughter-in-law, Paulette Scott; Brother-in-law, Harry Creed. |
