WALLACE, Sadie Lilie - Age 85, of Owosso, died Saturday, July 30, 2022. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, August 5, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek (A live stream of the service will be available on Satie's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. Burial will take place at a later date at Great Lake National Cemetery in Holly. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Welcome Home Assisted Living or Kindred Hospice.
Satie was born December 5, 1936 in Middleton, TN, the daughter of Calvin Thomace and Vergie Lee (Coley) Clark. She married Don G. "Tony" Wallace March 23, 1980 in Las Vegas, NV and he preceded her in death March 9, 2008. She had resided in Owosso for the past 22 years coming from Houghton Lake/Flint. She was employed by Michigan Bell Telephone Company and retired from St. Joseph Hospital as communication supervisor.
Surviving are: daughter, Gale (Chuck) Sanford of Owosso; grandchildren, Amy (Brad) Yerian of Owosso, Jennifer Kintgen of Swartz Creek, Corey Koryciak of Williamston, and Kyle Koryciak of Davison; great grandchilden, Ashleigh and Brennan Yerian, Gage and Graham Koryciak, and Brianna Hodack; great-great grandson, Evan; sister, Allie Toney of Mississippi; brother, Pete (Janice) Clark of Arkansas; special niece, Sue Rose of Tennessee; special friends, Lea Middleton of Flint and Maxine Galloway of St. Johns; and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ron Koryciak; brothers, Paul and Raymond Clark; and sisters, Callie Maynor and Millie Lee Hogan. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
