BROPHY, Colleen Audrey - Of Flint, age 71, died Sunday, May 29, 2022 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 1pm Friday, June 3, 2022 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Steve Wood officiating.
Visitation 12pm Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Colleen was born in Flint, Michigan on December 26, 1950 the daughter of the late Shirley and Samuel “Mac” McKinsey. On July 22, 1986, she married Chris Crawford in Las Vegas and he preceded her in death in 2020. Colleen loved reading and growing flowers. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who devoted her life to her family.
Surviving are children, Shannon (Brian) Lamberton and Clay (Kristen) Brophy;
Grandchildren, Maureen Lamberton and CJ Brophy;
Special brother-in-law, Wayne Deal;
And her beloved companion “Little Girl”.
She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Maureen and Joyce and her beloved companion, Gilbert.
