SEFA, Nabiha - Age 85, of Fenton, MI, died Friday, March 11, 2022. Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, MI (A live stream of the service will be available on Nabiha's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Sheikh Imad Kamel Safa officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Druze Orphanage.
Nabiha was born August 9, 1936 in Beirut, Lebanon, the daughter of Daoud Hamze and Wasila Safa. She married Nasib "Sam" Sefa October 17, 1952 in Lebanon and he preceded her in death March 7, 1991. She had resided in Fenton, MI for the past 45 years, coming from Davison, MI and Goodrich, MI. She owned and operated Park Avenue Real Estate for many years. Nabiha was a member of the Goodrich Order of Eastern Stars.
Surviving are: 5 children, Lawrence Adell Sefa of Fenton, MI, Marc Sefa of Fenton, MI, Terry Sefa (Janine Howard) of Flint, MI, Dr. Mone'e Merriweather (John Csenar) of Duluth, GA, and Michelle Sefa of Fenton, MI; granddaughter, Madison Merriwether of Florida; sisters, Samia (Aref) Gharzeddine of Sterling Heights, MI and Leyla (Adel) Hamady of Fenton, MI; several nieces and nephews; and her four legged best friend, Cody Alexander.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Kamal and David Hamze. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
