Hogan, Michael Sean age 56, lost his battle with cancer and other long term medical conditions on July 24, 2023, at Ascension Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc. Funeral arrangements have been made through Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St. Flint, Michigan 48503. Mike will be laid to rest in Byron Cemetery in Byron, Michigan with his mother Maxine Hogan. In recent years he showed his courage in facing life challenges, sometimes with a smile. Despite the pain, Mike came out a hero and stayed strong until the end. As a child Mikes dream was to become a “Wealthy Photographer” when he grew up. This dream was partially fulfilled when he opened his own photography shop, where he started taking wedding photography. In later years Mike worked at the front desk as a receptionist for local hotels. He is survived by his cousin Mark Mitchell and family, many other cousins and friends. Mark is preceded in death by his mother Maxine Hogan. A celebration of life will be held 5:00 PM August 25, 2023, at the Valley Church, 4201 Lippincott Blvd., Burton Michigan 48519. Dinner to follow.
