PIGOTT, Patricia Anne – of Clio, age 90, died Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at McLaren Flint. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, June 20, 2022 at SS Charles and Helena Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Ken Coughlin officiating. Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM. The family will receive visitors on Sunday, June 19, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a scripture service beginning at 6:00 PM at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio and from 10:00 AM until time of Mass at the church. Memorial contributions can be made to the St. Luke’s New Life Center or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Patricia was born January 25, 1932 in Wyandotte, Michigan to the late Thomas and Gladys (Pidgeon) Clark. She grew up in Wyandotte and graduated from St. Patrick Catholic School. On September 20, 1951 she married David Pigott in Wyandotte, Michigan and he preceded her in death in 2016. Patricia was a member of the SS. Charles and Helena Catholic Church and served as a Secretary there for 8 years. She served as a Lector, and went through all the formation training with her husband David’s ministry as a Deacon. Her entire life revolved around her family. Nothing brought her more joy than hearing from and seeing her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Patricia was also a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed researching her family history on Ancestry and family vacations to Ludington, Michigan. Patricia enjoyed watching the Red Wing’s and Detroit Tigers on the TV.
Surviving are: Children, David Pigott, Thomas (Karen) Pigott, Bill (Danelle) Pigott, Mary Jo Pigott, Terese (Patrick) McGuire, Peggy (Mark) Miodonski; Grandchildren, David John (Heather), Ivy (Jeremy), Traci, Cari (Matt), Kristin (Scott), Eric (Laura) Stephanie, Nicole (Tyler) Adam (Jamie) Megan (Dhanush) Libby, Jenna; 11 Great Grandchildren; and Sister, Kathy Wilkins. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Thomas and Gladys Clark; Husband, David Pigott; Grandson, Brett Pigott; Siblings, Thomas Clark, Joseph Clark, and Margaret Skidmore.
