HARP, Mae F. (Neumann) – of Burton, age 90, passed away Monday, March 15, 2021 at her residence. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 2:00 PM Friday, March 19, 2021 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5199 Richfield Road, Flint, MI 48506; Rev. Fr. Roy Horning celebrant. Cremation will follow the service. Private inurnment will take place in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 PM until the time of service on Friday, March 19, 2021. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Rosary Catholic Church, in Mae’s name.
Mae was born in Flint, MI on May 17, 1930, daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Ceskowski) Neumann. She married Edward Harp in 1952 and he preceded her in death on February 9, 1988.
Mae is survived by her daughter, Anita (Troy) Hannon; granddaughters, Kristen Meyer, Tara (Brian) Johnson, Sara (Jason) French; grandson, Sean (Tara) Hannon; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, Mae was preceded in death by a son, Curtis Harp in 2015 as well as 12 brothers, Herb, Anthony, Giles, Eugene, John, Joseph, Lloyd, Floyd, Jacob, Robert, Frank & Woody; three sisters, Maxine Herrick, Esther Williams and Lucille Reeves.
