Patterson, James Lee – of Clio, age 57, went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at McLaren Flint.
Viewing will be held Monday, December 13 from 1-9 pm at O’Guinn in Clio. Service will be held at 11 am (with viewing from 10 am -11 am), Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Messiah Lutheran Church in Clio. Pastor Erik Cloeter will officiate.
Jim was born March 27, 1964, in Newberry, Michigan, to Raymond and Carol (Hahn) Patterson. He was a lifelong resident of Clio and graduated from Clio High School in 1982. Jim married his soul mate, Laura Lynn Seneski, on September 19, 1987. He was employed as a construction technician at Great Lakes Engineering. Jim was a board member at Messiah Lutheran Church. JP loved playing sports, and loved watching sports, especially football and the Detroit Lions. Jim also loved hunting with his family. He was a huge family man, had the best sense of humor and brought out the best in everyone. Jim always left people smiling and never met a stranger. Jim was the best husband and father anyone could ask for. He will be greatly missed.
Surviving are: Wife, Laura Patterson; Children: Krystal Patterson and Billy-Ray Patterson; Sister, Debra (Patterson) Habedank; Father in law and Mother in law, William (Suzanne) Seneski; Nephews: Jesse (Tiffany) Habedank, Christopher Habedank; Great nephews: Peyton and Breylon Habedank. Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, loving family members and dear friends. Jim was preceded in death by his brother in law, Shawn Habedank; Grandparents, Albert and Helmie Patterson and Adolph and Minnie Hahn; Uncles Alfred Hahn and Ervin Hahn.
