SOWDEN, Greta Fern -Age 95, of Grand Blanc, died November 30, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. There will be no services now, a memorial service will be announced for March 2017.
Greta was born February 9, 1921 in Colfax, Township the daughter of Blake and Agnes (Coates) Snider.
Greta is survived by her children, G. John Sowden of Alpena and Sharon L. Richardson of Grand Blanc; grand children, John, Julie, Christine, Gina, Danny, Lance, Stacy, Gary Jr., and Michelle; several great grand children and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon; son, Gary; sister, Gertrude Bowron; brother, Melvin Snider; son-in-law, Bill Richardson; daughter-in-law, Judy Sowden.
