Kayla Marie Coles, age 23 of Swartz Creek, went to be with the Lord on August 4, 2023. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Fenton Chapel located at 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, Michigan. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM Saturday until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Kayla to the Autism Support of Michigan (www.autism-mi.org). Kayla was born on September 18, 1999 in Grand Blanc, Michigan to Ernest Anthony Coles and Julie Annette Davis. She attended the Elmer Knopf Learning Center was known to always have a smile on her face. Kayla enjoyed riding on a golf cart and participating in the Special Olympics. She also loved her family, listening to music and her dog, Zoey. She is survived by her mother, Julie Davis. Brothers, Jesse Barton of Mt. Morris and Jonathon Barton of Flint. Aunt, Melinda Davis of Commerce Twp. Kayla was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Coles and her grandparents, Charles and Phyllis Davis.
