CALVERT, Lenore Kay - Of Flushing, age 79, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 2pm Friday, August 20, 2021 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Reverend Jeremy Peters officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 3-8pm Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Crossover Outreach.
Lenore was born in Lodi, Ohio on June 11, 1942, the daughter of the late Edward and Mildred (Fast) Metcalf. She was employed and retired from Hurley Hospital as a nurse. She was a member of Hurley Auxiliary Crossover and also a member of Court Street United Methodist Church.
Surviving are daughter, Sheila and husband Ruy Sanchez;
Son, Steven and wife Aloi Calvert;
Granddaughters, Ixchel and Ayesha;
Great-granddaughter, Astrid;
Sister, Grace Condon;
And niece, Shirley Burchett and husband Tim and their two sons Andrew and Matthew.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip.
