IRVINE, Betty Lou - Age 92, of Linden, formerly of Grand Blanc, Flint and Reed City, passed away November 21, 2023. Funeral services will be held 11AM Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10AM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to First Baptist Church of Fenton. Betty was born April 14, 1931 in Flint, the daughter of Joseph O. and Laura (O'Dell) Simpson. She married Arthur Irvine in 1951; he preceded her in death on February 12, 2015. Betty was a dedicated homemaker, always putting family and friends above herself. She is survived by her children, David and Ann. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Jim and Joseph Meeks; cousins, Laura Bean and Pat Simpson. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com |
