ZAMORA, ALEXANDRA – Of Flint, age 86, died Monday, November 2, 2020 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Private funeral service will be held.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
Alexandra was born in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan on February 21, 1934, the daughter of the late Justo and Nieves (Palomino) Zarasua.
On February 19, 1955 she married Vincent Zamora in Bay City.
She attended 1st Spanish Baptist Church.
She enjoyed music and reading, especially her Bible.
Alexandra had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed dancing and loved to laugh. She was a great cook and loved shopping.
Alexandra was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother; one of her great joys in life was spending time with her family.
Mrs. Zamora retired from Fisher Body I.
Surviving are her husband, Vincent;
children, Helen (Larry) Pruett,
Timothy (Brenda) Zamora,
Gabriel(Katrina) Zamora,
Michael (Toni)Zamora,
Vincent (Kristie) Zamora,
David (Angie) Zamora,
John Zamora and
Emilia (James) Guerrero;
many grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren;
siblings, Connie, Sylvino and Bada;
many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by most of her siblings.
